The Apex City of London hotel has spent £1.5m renovating the hotel’s public space.  There is a new all-day restaurant, the Lampery, which is named after the eel-like fish which features in the old-English dish lamprey pie, which is one of the dishes on the restaurant’s Best of British menu.

The hotel has also added a spa with five treatment rooms.  30 bedrooms were added two years ago, making a total of 209.

There are 3 meeting rooms, the largest has a capacity of 80 people.
